This action is ONLY for residents of Ohio

URGENT: We must act fast to stop a feeding ban against community cats and other deadly measures in the Village of Creston, Ohio! A meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 22, to vote on two dangerous new ordinances. Before then, please take just a minute to tell the Village to vote NO.

Ordinance 2025-29 would make it unlawful to feed any community cat in the village by classifying them as "wild animals." Ordinance 2025-30 is a "leash law" that considers community cat caregivers the owners of the cats, and penalizes them if the cats they care for aren't tethered outdoors. No cat should ever be tethered.

These are ludicrous measures that put a target on the backs of cats and their caregivers.

Take a couple of minutes to tell the Village of Creston to reject the feeding ban and leash law against community cats.
